Ursinus, ranked 14th in the latest NFHCA poll and averaging more than three goals per game, was limited to just 10 shots by the McDaniel defense in a 2-0 win.

THE LEADERS
• Mikayla Smith (Frederica, Del./Lake Forest) led the Green Terror with four saves.

FOR THE FOES
• Laura Rothschild broke up the shutout in the 23rd minute with a penalty-stroke goal.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• Laura Rothschild's stroke was the only thing to get through the McDaniel defense through the first nearly 52 minutes of the game. Sarah Symes was able to find the goal off a corner from the backside post with 8:04 to play in regulation.

THE INSIDE STORY
• Ursinus finished with advantages of 10-0 in shots and 15-0 in penalty corners.
