HAMPSTEAD, Md. – Meg Schlesinger (Frederick, Md./Urbana) posted a score of 87 to finish second and lead McDaniel at the Stevenson Fall Invitational in women's golf action on Thursday.

The Green Terror carded a round of 400 in cool and damp conditions at Piney Branch Golf Club, placing third in the field. Stevenson won the invitational with a round of 354.

Schlesigner finished second with her round of 87, seven off the round of individual medalist Morgan Wirtz of Stevenson.

Kelsey Kirkman (Chesapeake, Va./Norfolk Academy) posted a round of 91 to place fifth while Janine Borrelli (Rockville, Md./St. John's College) was 10th with a score of 96.

Sara McClintock (West Chester, Pa./West Chester East) rounded out the McDaniel competitors with a score of 126.

McDaniel returns to action in Myrtle Beach to open the spring in March.
