WESTMINSTER, Md. – Rhodes scored twice in the first half as part of a 3-0 win over McDaniel in non-conference field hockey action on Saturday.

Christina Gooding (Milton, Del./Cape Henlopen) made four saves for the Green Terror (1-3) in goal.

Grace Whelan staked the Lynx (3-0) to a 1-0 lead nearly 20 minutes into the game, finishing an unassisted tally.

Jillian Christensen collected a loose ball after a misplayed corner in the final minute of the first half to double the advantage at the break.

Kennedy Brislin set the final margin with a penalty stroke in the 53rd minute.

The Green Terror returns to action at Susquehanna on Tuesday. Game time is 4:30 p.m.
