ANNAPOLIS, Md. – Jim Heilman (Lutherville, Md./Baltimore Lutheran) finished 31st to lead McDaniel at the Navy Invitational in men's cross country action on Saturday.

Time and Score:

• The Green Terror finished fifth as the only Division III in the five-team meet with 137 points. A total of 48 runners competed at the 8,000-meter distance. Navy won the meet with 15 points.

Head of the Class:

• Jim Heilman turned in a time of 27:51.20 to lead McDaniel in the race.

Five of a Kind: The following athletes rounded ou the scoring five at the meet:

• Will Greene (Westminster, Md./Delone Catholic) finished 34th (28:02.94)
• Gavin Gibson (Newark, Del./Sanford) finished 37th (29:31.10)
• Shaun Thompson (Mt. Airy, Md./Glenelg) finished 42nd (30:02.04)
• Michael Gallagher (Elko, Nev./Elko) finished 45th (31:28.49)
