LANCASTER, Pa. – Gavin Gibson (Newark, Del./Sanford) recorded a pair of ECAC qualifiers to lead McDaniel at the Diplomat Open hosted by Franklin & Marshall in season-opening men's indoor track and field on Saturday.

- Caleb White (Glen Burnie, Md./Baltimore City College): 60 meters, finishing tied for 11th in a hand time of 7.4 seconds; 200, finishing ninth with a time of 23.72 seconds; long jump, finishing 19th with a distance of 5.67 meters.
- Evan Callahan (Boxborough, Mass./Acton-Boxborough Regional): 60 hurdles, finishing 20th in a hand time of 10.8 seconds.
- Steven Morella (Washington, N.J./Voorhees): 60 meters, finishing tied for 25th in a hand time of 7.7 seconds; 200, finishing 17th with a time of 24.12 seconds.
- Michael Gallagher (Elko, Nev./Elko): 400, finishing ninth in a time of 53.33 seconds.
- Miky Kisi (Baltimore, Md./Archbishop Curley): 400, finishing 19th in a time of 54.97 seconds.
- Aaron Ferguson (Spencerville, Md./Wheaton): long jump, finishing seventh with a distance of 6.04 meters.
- Luis Miramontes (San Jose, Calif./San Jose): shot put, finishing 14th with a throw of 11.92 meters.
- JR Yankowski (Sykesville, Md./Century): shot put, finishing tied for 17th with a throw of 11.51 meters.
- Brandon Creyer (Blandon, Pa./Fleetwood Area): shot put, finishing 19th with a throw of 11.46 meters.
- Logan Kelly (Perryville, Md./Perryville): shot put, finishing 21st with a throw of 11.27 meters.
