PITTSFORD, N.Y. – Brian Norwitz (Germantown, Md./Northwest) finished 20th overall, posting a 36-hole score of 157 to lead McDaniel to a sixth-place finish at the Fred Kravitz Invitational hosted by Rochester in men's golf action on Friday and Saturday.

As a team, the Green Terror turned in score of 638, posting a round of 318 on Friday at Irondequoit Country Club before carding a round of 320 on Saturday at Oak Hill Country Club.

RPI won the six-team invitational with a score of 595, posting a 294 at Irondequoit and a 301 at Oak Hill – both the best rounds of each day.

Norwitz and Cody Mewhirter (Hampstead, Md./North Carroll) each posted rounds of 77 on Friday before Norwitz posted a round of 80 on Saturday. Mewhirter careded a round of 82 on Saturday to finish 25th with a score of 159.

Steven Tanen (Laurel Hallow, N.Y./Cold Spring Harbor) turned in McDaniel's best round at Oak Hill with a round of 77. He finished with a score of 163 after carding an 86 at Irondequoit to finish 30th overall.

Brandon Vance (Worcester, Pa./Methacton) finished 32nd with a round of 84 on Friday and 81 on Saturday to card a 36-hole score of 165.

Mason Woolford (Pasadena, Md.) finished with a round of 80 on Friday before not completing his round on Saturday.

The Green Terror returns to action at the Centennial Conference Championship hosted at Dupoint Country Club on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
