MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. – Alise McNutt (Flourtown, Pa./Mount St. Joseph) posted a round of 88 to lead McDaniel in a dual meet with SUNY Cortland in women's golf action on Thursday.
The Red Dragons finished with a score of 346 while the Green Terror posted a score of 373 on the Dye Club course at Barefoot Golf Resort.
McNutt posted the third-best score of the day while Casey Marson (Norwich, N.Y./Norwich) finished tied for fifth with a score of 92.
Janine Borrelli (Rockville, Md./St. John's College Prep) finished tied for seventh with a round of 95 while Katie Pass (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) was 10th with a score of 98.
Alex Philo (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area) rounded out the field with a score of 104.
The Green Terror returns to action at the Randolph-Macon Invitational on Saturday and Sunday.
