BRYN MAWR, Pa. – McDaniel scored just 5:17 into the game en route to a 4-0 win over Bryn Mawr in Centennial Conference (CC) field hockey action on Saturday.

Gabrielle Yore (Olney, Md./Sherwood) scored once in each half to lead the Green Terror (6-2, 2-0 CC) to its fifth straight win.

Alex Weinfeld made 17 saves for the Owls (2-5, 0-3 CC), who faced a barrage of 37 shots from McDaniel.

Yore rebounded an Annie Sencindiver (Moorestown, N.J./Moorestown) shot and save for her seventh tally of the season to stake the Green Terror to the early 1-0 lead.

Sencindiver found Haley VanNostrand (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Mechanicsburg) to stretch the lead to 2-0 just 32 seconds before the intermission.

Yore tipped in a Sara Reynolds (York, Pa./Central York) long shot for a 3-0 lead at the 44:01 mark.

Just 54 seconds later, Sencindiver finished off a VanNostrand pass for the final margin.

Caila White (Delmar, Md./Delmar) saved both of Bryn Mawr's shots for the shutout.

McDaniel returns to action at home against No. 6 Franklin & Marshall on Wednesday. Game time is 7 p.m.
