Catherine Wroblewski (Glen Mills, Md./Cardinal O'Hara) broke up the shutout for the Green Terror (8-5-4, 2-4-3 CC) in the 53rd minute.
Hannah Kronick notched a pair of assists to lead the sixth-ranked Blue Jays (15-2, 9-0 CC), who need just a tie against Gettysburg to secure the top seed in next week's conference tournament.
Off an Allie Baker corner kick in the 27th minute, Kronick played a quick tap to Vania Ludman, who finished for her first tally of the season.
Alyssa Conti finished directly off an Alyssa Morgan corner kick just over 11 minutes later to double the advantage.
In the 40th minute, Kronick played a ball across the box to Hope Lundberg, who blasted a shot into the side of the net for her first tally of the year.
Wroblewski broke up the shutout, blasting an unassisted tally just 7:22 into the second half.
Sarah McDonald (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) finished with nine saves in goal for McDaniel.
Johns Hopkins finished with a 22-4 advantage in shots.
The Green Terror concludes the regular season at home against Washington (Md.) on Saturday. Game time is 1 p.m.
