LEWISBURG, Pa. – Katie Pass (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) carded a 54-hole score of 276 to lead McDaniel at the Bucknell Fall Invitational in women's golf action on Saturday and Sunday.
In a field comprised primarily of Division I programs, the Green Terror finished 17th with a three-round total of 1,166. McDaniel fired a round of 384 in Saturday's morning round before carding a score of 392 in the afternoon session. On Sunday, the Green Terror posted a round of 390. William & Mary won the 17-team tournament with a score of 912 (310-302-300).
Pass's best round came on Sunday, carding a round of 91 after posting scores of 92 and 95 on Saturday.
Casey Marson finished 84th overall with a score of 281. Her best round also came on Sunday with a round of 92 after posting a round of 94 in her debut and followed that up with a 95 in the afternoon.
Alise McNutt (Flourtown, Pa./Mount St. Joseph) finished right before Marson with a score of 283, posting her best round in the second 18 holes on Saturday (91). She opened the tournament with a round of 98 before improving seven shots in the afternoon. On Sunday, she carded a 94.
Bridget McLaughlin (Langhorne, Pa./Wyoming Seminary Upper) finished 89th with a final score of 324 (100-111-113).
The Green Terror returns to action at the Dickinson Fall Invitational on Saturday.
