KUTZTOWN, Pa. – Katie Pass (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) finished 14th overall with a 36-hole score of 182 to lead McDaniel to a fifth-place finish at the Kutztown Fall Invitational in women's golf action on Saturday and Sunday.
The Green Terror combine to shoot a two-day score of 753 at the tournament that featured six Division II teams. McDaniel carded a round of 371 on Saturday before posting a score of 382 on Sunday. Kutztown won the eight-team tournament with a score of 673 (343-330).
Pass posted a round of 90 on Saturday before finishing the tournament with a round of 92.
Alise McNutt (Flourtown, Pa./Mount St. Joseph) joined Pass with a team-low round of 90 on Saturday but finished with a round of 93 to place 17th overall with a score of 183.
Casey Marson (Norwich, N.Y./Norwich) posted a two-round total of 185 to finish 20th, firing a 92 in the first round and a score of 93 in the second round.
Bridget McLaughlin (Langhorne, Pa./Wyoming Seminary Upper) finished 30th overall with a score of 203 (99-104) while Alex Philo (Phoenixville, Pa./Phoenixville Area) was 36th with a total of 228 (109-119).
The Green Terror opens the spring in Myrtle Beach during spring break.
