Caleb Davis

Davis joins the Green Terror staff in 2021 after spending eight seasons at Wilson College.

He began his career as an assistant with the Phoenix women's program in 2012 before taking over as head coach from 2014-17. In 2014, he was tasked with starting the men’s soccer program at Wilson. The men's program had its inaugural season in 2015 and Davis guided the squad to its first poseason appearance in 2017 and appeared in the conference championship game in 2018. In addition to his five years as head men's soccer coach, he also served as the assistant athletics director for facilities.

Davis joined the Phoenix program after serving in various coaching stints at Chambersburg Area School District, coaching at both the high school and middle school levels.

A 2008 graduate of West Virginia, he earned a bachelor of arts in criminology and investigations. He also had a minor in sports and exercise psychology. After graduating from West Virginia, he placed semi-professional soccer in the Premiere Arena Soccer League for the Winchester (Va.) Impact.

He earned a master of science in sports management administration from Liberty in 2012. 

Davis has various coaching certificates from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America, including goalkeeping level one and two as well as an intermediate level six diploma. He also has his USSF E and F Licenses.
