LANCASTER, Pa. - A total of 87 student-athletes were named to the Centennial Conference Spring All-Sportsmanship Teams, including eight from McDaniel College.

The All-Sportsmanship Teams are selected in conjunction with the All-Centennial Conference teams and include one student-athlete from each institution for each spring sport including baseball, softball, men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse, men's outdoor track & field, women's outdoor track & field, men's golf, women's golf, men's tennis, and women's tennis.

The student-athletes earned recognition for exemplifying great sportsmanship, character and exhibiting respect for themselves, teammates, coaches, and opponents. They consistently compete with the same level of intensity no matter the opponent or outcome while representing their institution, conference, and themselves with pride.

Student-athletes were chosen by the head coaches from their respective teams.

The recipients from McDaniel included baseball senior Ryan Kelly, softball freshman Rileigh Kitchin, men's lacrosse senior Joe Kieffer, women's lacrosse senior Sadie Bowman, men's track & field senior Oral-Anthony Coleman, women's track & field freshman Tara Hornung, men's golf senior Matt Messenger, and women's golf senior Vaishali Bhatt.

All eight student-athletes were first time selections.
