LANCASTER, Pa. - Senior
Amanda Thompson posted a season-best time in the 500-yard freestyle to lead the McDaniel College women's swimming team on day two of the 2025 Centennial Conference Swimming Championships.
The Green Terror finished the day in seventh place with 78 points.
Thompson clocked in with a time on 5:26.27, beating her previous best time of 5:39.49 set against Stevenson on Nov. 16.
Freshman
Georgia Cole competed in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 2:33.96 while junior
Jane Walkinshaw finished the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 25.85 seconds.

Mackenzie Skelton and freshman
Mackenzie Leeson competed in the 400-yard medley relay and finished with a time of 5:15.50.
The third day of the conference championship on Saturday begins with the prelims at 10 a.m. followed by the finals at 6 p.m.
