Cordae James totaled 72 all-purpose yards while senior
Logan Marsh hauled in his 100th career reception as the McDaniel College football team fell to No. 3 Johns Hopkins at Homewood Field Saturday, 42-0.
James led the Green Terror (1-8, 0-6 CC) in both rushing and receiving, totaling 29 yards rushing on nine carries and 43 yards receiving on four catches. He also had 44 yards after the catch.
Marsh had two receptions for 11 yards, giving him 100 career catches. He is just the 11th player in program history to total at least 100 receptions and the second in the last three seasons after Sean Carter surpassed 100 on his way to 118 in 2023.
Meanwhile, senior
Grayson Wendel hauled in a team-high five catches for 35 yards to become only the 14th player in program history to surpass 1,100 career yards. He now has 74 catches for 1,110 yards.
The Blue Jays (8-0, 6-0 CC) scored on four of their first six possessions to take a 28-0 halftime lead, possessing the ball for over 18 of the 30 first-half minutes.
McDaniel forced three Hopkins' fumbles, recovering two, both of which came in the second half as the Green Terror forced two fumbles, a punt, and a turnover on downs on six Blue Jay possessions.Â

Kendrick Williams finished with seven total tackles and one forced fumble while senior
Montez Chapman Jr had seven tackles, two tackles for loss, a sack and a forced fumble. Sophomore
Bryce Allen recovered a fumble and broke up two passes.
The Green Terror will conclude their 2025 season at home against Gettysburg next Saturday, Nov. 15 at 1 p.m. on Senior Day.
