Joey Hubinger had four hits and three RBIs as the McDaniel College baseball team scored 10 runs in game two of a Centennial Conference doubleheader with Haverford Saturday at Preston Field.
After dropping the opener 10-1, the Green Terror (15-11, 6-3 CC) rebounded with 10 runs of their own in game two to earn a split.
Hubinger totaled five hits on the day, going 5-for-9 with a home run, three RBIs and two runs. He now has 167 hits in 123 career games, tying him with Pat Christopher '13 for fifth on the program's all-time list.

Tyler Yohn and freshman
Ethan Haddock had four hits each with Yohn totaling two doubles.
Haverford 10, McDaniel 1
The Green Terror jumped out to a 1-0 lead on an RBI-ground out by Yohn in the bottom of the first. They maintained their one-run lead until the top of the fourth when the Fords scored three, tying the game on a failed pick off attempt before adding an RBI-single and RBI-double.
The visitors would add four runs in the sixth, three of which were unearned, as they extended their lead to six, 7-1.
Mauro DeCill hit a two-run homer in the seventh and Jonny Fliede scored on a wild pitch in the ninth to provide the final margin.
McDaniel committed a season-high seven errors in the opener, hit five batters, threw two wild pitches and had one passed ball. Six pitchers combined for nine strikeouts while junior
Matt Speakman suffered his first loss of the season.
Junior
Shane Daly totaled three of the team's seven hits while stealing two more bases. He now has 21 this season and 33 for his career to rank eighth all-time in program history.
McDaniel 10, Haverford 4
Sophomore
Tyson Nercessian did not allow a hit over 4.0 innings in his eighth start of the season, allowing just one run on an RBI-ground out while striking out three.
Meanwhile, the offense came alive, scoring three runs in the first and three in the fourth. The Green Terror scored three on a double by Yohn in the first and three unearned runs on two errors in the fourth.
Haddock drove in a run with a single in the fifth and Daly scored on a throwing error to push McDaniel's lead to seven, 8-1.
The Fords answered with two runs in the seventh before Hubinger hit a two-run home run in the bottom of the inning to make it 10-3.
Freshman
Aiden Castile picked up his second win of the season in relief of Nercessian, allowing just two runs on two hits over 2.1 innings while striking out three. Sophomore
James Cosgrove pitched the final 2.2 innings, scattering three hits and striking out three.
Hubinger went 4-for-5 with a home run, three RBIs and two runs. Yohn went 3-for-4 while Haddock was 3-for-5.
McDaniel heads to Gettysburg on Sunday for a rescheduled game with the Bullets from Friday. First pitch is at noon. The Green Terror won the first game on Tuesday, 12-6.
