GETTYSBURG, Pa. - Led by the 200-yard medley relay team, the McDaniel College women's swimming team is in seventh place following the first day of the 2024 Centennial Conference Swimming Championships hosted by Gettysburg.
The Green Terror currently have 46 points, just eight behind Washington College. Swarthmore is in first place with 108 points, six ahead of the host Bullets.

Tori McArthur, freshman
Reagan Farris and sophomore
Jane Walkinshaw finished eighth in the A final with a time of 2:04.09 while the team of freshman
Melissa Deedy, freshman
Natalie Hutchinson, sophomore
Mackenzie Skelton and freshman
Britney Ramirez-Valle placed seventh in the B final in 3:05.95.
In the 800-yard freestyle relay, Thompson, Walkinshaw, Farris and Skelton came in eighth.
The second day of the conference championship begins on Friday with the prelims at 10 a.m. before the finals at 6 p.m.
