GETTYSBURG, Pa - The Green Terror fell to Gettysburg 33 – 219, Bryn Mawr 47 - 203, and Swarthmore 33 – 219 in the Centennial Conference West Quad Meet hosted by Gettysburg College 

Junior Mackenzie Skelton placed seventh in the 1000 yard freestyle with a time of 13:35.91. Skelton also placed tenth in the 200 yard backstroke with a time of 2:41.01. 

Senior Amanda Thompson placed ninth in the 500 yard freestyle with a time of 5:41.76. Thompson placed tenth in the 200 yard butterfly with a time of 2:32.96. 

The 200 yard medley relay team of Thompson, Freshman Georgia Cole, Junior Jane Walkinshaw, and Sophomore Kaylie Wolf placed ninth with a time of 2:06.45. The 400 yard freestyle relay team of Thompson, Walkinshaw, Freshman Nora Virgillio, and Wolf also took ninth with a time of 4:13.82. 

Walkinshaw placed tenth in the 200 yard freestyle with a time of 2:14.49. She also placed tenth in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 1:09.13. 

Wolf placed 11th in the 50 yard freestyle with a time of 27.96. Virgilio placed 14th with a time of 30.71. Sophomore Britney Ramirez-Valle swam 43.84 to follow in 15th. 

Virgilio swam 1:05.58 in the 100 yard freestyle to place 11th. Wolf placed 12th with a time of 1:06.05. Sophomore Natalie Hutchinson followed in 13th with a time of 1:31.47. Ramirez-Valle swam 1:47.75 to place 14th. 

Cole placed 11th in the 200 yard breaststroke with a time of 3:08.81. Cole later placed 13th in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:26.46. She would also place 11th in the 200 yard IM with a time of 2:45.00. Skelton placed 12th with a time of 2:48.56. Cole placed 13th in the 100 yard breaststroke with a time of 1:26.46. 

In the 100 yard backstroke Freshman Mackenzie Leeson placed 13th with a time of 1:28.89. Ramirez-Valle followed in 14th with a time of 2:01.21. 

The McDaniel College Swim Team will be back in action on October 26th against Washington College in a dual meet.
