WESTMINSTER, Md. - The McDaniel College women's tennis team closed out the fall portion of its 2024-25 schedule with a 7-0 loss to Susquehanna Saturday on the Warfield Tennis Courts.

Senior Rachel Smith and senior Mackenzie McCarter fell in a tightly contested match at No. 1 doubles to Alexa Wanamaker and Mackenzie Romig, 6-3.

In singles, Smith fell to Wanamaker, 7-5, 6-1 at No. 1 while McCarter dropped a 6-2, 6-3 decision to Katherine Yoder at No. 2 singles.

Sophomore Emma Janisch dropped a 6-0, 6-1 outcome to Romig at No. 3 singles.
