BRYN MAWR, Pa. - Bryn Mawr scored three goals in the game's first 26 minutes en route to a 3-0 victory over the McDaniel College field hockey team on Saturday at Applebee Field.

Lora Scarangello made nine saves for the Green Terror (2-15, 0-10 CC) in their season finale, just two shy of her career high set at Swarthmore on Sept. 23.
The Owls (11-6, 6-4 CC) scored what proved to be the game-winning goal just seven minutes into the game as Annick van Blerkom scored her second of the year off an assist from Hazel Miller.
Six different players registered a point for Bryn Mawr who out-shot McDaniel 11-0 in the first half. Jasmine Peterson and Sarah Chapman scored five minutes apart in the second quarter as the Owls led 3-0 at halftime. Scarangello had three saves in the first 30 minutes.
The Green Terror had their best chances to score with just over five minutes remaining in the third. Senior
Kaylyn Jennings registered the team's first shot 5:58 to play that was saved by Charlene Basque. McDaniel earned its third penalty corner of the game and first of the half 23 seconds later which led to a shot by junior
Morgan Collins that went wide.
Scarangello saved five of the six shots she saw in the third quarter with two coming in the final five minutes to keep the deficit at three.
The Owls took three more shots in the final 15 minutes, one of which was stopped by Scarangello, and totaled six penalty corners.
