THE SKINNY STORY
McDaniel hit a season-best .291 as a team to key a 3-0 win over Notre Dame (Md.).

THE LEADERS
• Anna Jezerski (Ellicott City, Md./Howard) led the Green Terror with 18 kills and hit .400 on the night. She also had two aces and four digs.
• Taylor Lindsay (Kennett Square, Pa./Unionville) led the defense with 12 digs.
• Brenna Campbell (Clarion, Pa./Clarion Area) chipped in 35 assists, six digs, and two aces.

FOR THE FOES
• Emma Mueller led the Gators with 10 assists, six digs, and two blocks.
• Ciarra Bockstie chipped in four kills and four blocks.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• An early Anna Jezerski kill and aces from Regan Gefroh (Fort Collins, Colo./Fort Collins) and Tatiana Hamilton (Laurel, Md./Reservoir) keyed a 7-2 start for McDaniel. Notre Dame closed to within 15-14 before Jezerski and Jade Stewart traded kills. Four straight errors and a Jezerski ace forced a timeout at 20-16. Kills from Maddy Bigley (Pueblo, Colo./Pueblo Centennial), Nia Roberts (Walkersville, Md./Frederick), and Angalyn Strouse (Spring Grove, Pa./Spring Grove) gave the hosts set point and Allyson Burgee (Fairfax, Va./Robinson Secondary School) closed out the 25-17 win with an ace.
• Gefroh served five straight points to set the pace in the second set and the Gators would never get any closer than three the rest of the way in a 25-14 McDaniel win.
• A Lauren Guyer (York, Pa./York Suburban) ace and Burgee kill capped an early 8-3 run to start the third set. The Green Terror stretched the lead to as large as 19-12 en route to a 25-19 victory.

• McDaniel won by a sweep for the first time this season.
