Washington (Md.) won all 11 events in an 80-15 win over McDaniel.
THE LEADERS
• Amanda Thompson (Drexel Hill, Pa./Friends Central) touched second in the 50 freestyle with a time of 26.00 seconds to lead the Green Terror. She also finished third in the 500 freestyle with a time of 5:38.29. She was also part of the 400 freestyle relay which finished second (3:52.69).
• Ashley Farrington (Neptune, N.J./Neptune) placed second in the 100 freestyle with a time of 58.50. She was also part of the 400 freestyle relay which finished second (3:52.69).
• Ella Tomkins (Tikokino, Central Hawkie's Bay/Mercury Bay Area School) placed third in the 200 IM (2:26.61) and the 100 butterfly with a time of 1:03.41. She was also part of the 400 freestyle relay which finished second (3:52.69).
FOR THE FOES
• Lilly Hartmann won the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:02.88 and was also part of the 400 medley relay team that finished first (4:15.48).
• Laurel Krause won the 100 freestyle with a time of 56.44. She was also part of the 400 freestyle relay team that won with a time of 3:43.97.
• Teresa Draves won the 100 breaststroke with a time of 1:13.25. She was also part of the 400 medley relay team that won with a time of 4:15.48.
• Emily Iampieri won the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:00.45.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Abby Cook (Fredericksburg, Md./Chancellor) finished fourth in the 50 freestyle with a time of 28.00.
• Signe Kula (Barrington, N.H./Oyster River) placed third in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:19.35.
• Emma Lindell (Frederick, Md./Frederick) finished third in the 1000 freestyle with a time of 12:44.96.
