THE REST OF THE STORY
• Ursinus controlled the first half. Kevin Devlin opened the scoring with a penalty-kick goal in the 19th minute before Jerry Bardoi found an open Jack Schmidt in the 26th minute in front of the net to double the advantage.
• McDanie found the offense in the 60th minute when a Gage Souder (Mechanicsburg, Pa./Red Land) found Joel Afata Moletem who headed home the beautiful pass to close the deficit to one.
• Just 34 seconds later, Devlin responded and setretched the lead back to two.
• In the 65th minute, Justin Winborne-Freeman (Brooklyn, N.Y./Urban Assembly for Law and Justice) once again closed the gap to one, heading home a great pass from Farmer Stubblefield (Manassas, Va./Wakefield School) in the box. A late offsides nullified the would-be game-tying goal for the Green Terror.
