THE SKINNY STORY
McDaniel jumped out early in the first set and never looked back for the 3-0 sweep over Bryn Mawr.

THE LEADERS
• Anna Jezerski (Ellicott City, Md./Howard) led the Green Terror attack with 16 kills.
• Angalyn Strouse (Spring Grove, Pa./Spring Grove) added eight kills.
• Brenna Campbell (Clarion, Pa./Clarion Area) recorded 25 assists.
• Kathy Taveras (Columbia, Md./Howard) anchored the McDaniel defense with 10 digs.

FOR THE FOES
• Nicole Wood finished with seven kills for the Owls.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• The Green Terror took control early in the first set taking a 12-4 lead behind a six-point serving run from Lauren Guyer (York, Pa./York Suburban). After a Bryn Mawr timeout, McDaniel kept the pressure on and pulled away for the 25-18 win.
• Anna Jezerski started out hot in the second set with four kills to key an early 6-2 lead. Guyer went on another run including back-to-back aces and the Green Terror won handily, 25-14.
• McDaniel took a quick 13-4 lead before the Owls called a timeout to regroup. Coming out of the break, Allyson Burgee (Fairfax, Va./Robinson Secondary School) led the Green Terror on a 5-0 run and they never looked back finishing off the Owls, 25-8.

THE INSIDE STORY
• Lauren Guyer added four aces for the Green Terror.
