THE SKINNY
McDaniel, ranked seventh in the latest United Soccer Coaches poll, scored a pair of second-half goals to come out victorious in an otherwise defense battle that saw few opportunities from either team to register a 2-0 win over Haverford.

THE LEADERS
• Olivia Moskunas (Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright) netted the game-winner for the Green Terror.

FOR THE FOES
• Hannah Friedrich anchored the Fords defense.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• The defenses controlled the first half with just three total shots. 
• In the 54th minute, however, Hannah Schepers (Port Deposit, Md./St. Mark's) found Olivia Moskunas on a beautiful cross to break the deadlock.
• Maddie Schwartz (Lancaster, Pa./Hempfield) put away a penalty kick in the 61st minute to give the Green Terror a 2-0 lead and the final margin of victory.

THE INSIDE STORY
• McDaniel edged Haverford in shots 5-2 and corner kicks, 5-4.
• It was the 12th shutout in 14 games for the Green Terror this season.
• McDaniel clinched a playoff spot in the upcoming CC tournament with the victory.
