• Nick Malinowski (Baltimore, Md./Boys' Latin School of Maryland) and Steven Pabon (Long Branch, N.J./Long Branch) each earned forfeit wins to open the match.
• Ryker Eckenbarger and Raymond Kable each added their major decisions to stretch the lead to 20-0.
• Luke Gauthier recorded a fall at 157 before a Kieran Duggan 12-7 win at 165 closed the margin to 20-9.
