THE SKINNY STORY
Washington and Lee won seven bouts to capture a 35-14 win over McDaniel in the second round of a Centennial Conference quad at Gettysburg.

THE LEADERS
Alexander LaVeck (Sparrows Point, Md./Sparrows Point) led the Green Terror with a 4-minute, 47-second pin at 157.

FOR THE FOES
• Riley Parker led the Generals with a fall in 2:50 to open up the match at 125.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• After Riley Parker's first-period pin, Charlie Cunningham added an 16-1 technical fall midway through the second period for a 11-0 lead.
Ryker Eckenbarger (Finksburg, Md./Westminster) notched a 13-2 major decision at 141 to close the margin to 11-4.
• Alex Winart won 3-1 for the Generals at 149.
Alexander LaVeck answered with his pin at 157 to make it a 14-10 match.
• Nicholas Konovalchik and Michael Bromley (Mount Airy, Md./Linganore) traded major decisions. Konovalchik won 13-0 at 165 before Bromley took a 12-0 win at 174.
• Rexx Hallyburton notched an 18-0 technical fall in the first period before Brad Basham and Clay Chadwick each won by forfeit to close out the match.
