Muhlenberg, ranked 21st in the latest NWCA poll, won the final five bouts rally for a 38-18 win over McDaniel in the opening round of a Centennial Conference quad at Gettysburg.

• Alexander LaVeck (Marriottsville, Md./McDonogh) led the Green Terror with a 1-minute, 57-second pin at 157.
• Ryker Eckenbarger (Finksburg, Md./Westminster) added a 4-minute, 28-second fall at 141.
FOR THE FOES
• Josh Hickey recorded a 1-minute, 5-seocnd pin at 133 to lead the Mules.
• Dylan Schwartz added a 3-minute, 35-second fall at 165.
• Austin Sherman had a 6-minute, 2-second pin at 149.
• Scott Schaeffer rounded out the day with a 4-minute, 30-second pin at heavyweight.
THE REST OF THE STORY
• Nick Malinowski (Baltimore, Md./Boys' Latin School) opened the day with an injury default win at 125 for a 6-0 lead.
• Josh Hickey, Ryker Eckenbarger, Austin Sherman and Alexander LaVeck all traded pins for an 18-12 McDaniel advantage.
• Dylan Schwartz' second-period fall started a run of five straight wins for Muhlenberg to tie the match and close out the win.
• Brian Jamison won 7-5 at 174 before a Jimmy Fratontoni 18-3 technical fall at 184 stretched the lead to 26-18 before Luca Colestock forfeit win and Scott Schaeffer pin.
