• Tony Wuest (Smyrna, Del./Smyrna) secured the match for the Green Terror with a 5-minute, 58-second fall at 197.
• Isaiah Fosque (Laurel, Del./Laurel) added a 1-minute, 58-second pin at 149.
• Michael Bromley (Mt. Airy, Md./Linganore) had a second-period pin at 174.

FOR THE FOES
• Nico Ramirez led the Knights with a 1-minute, 16-second pin at heavyweight.

THE REST OF THE STORY
• Nick Malinowski (Baltimore, Md./Boys' Latin School of Maryland) opened the match with a forfeit win at 125 for a 6-0 lead.
• Aaron Friedhof drew Southern Virginia within 6-5 with a 16-0 technical fall at 133.
•  Ryker Eckenbarger (Finksburg, Md./Westminster) stretched the advantage back to 10-5 with a 13-3 win at 141 before Isaiah Fosque's fall at 149.
• A Morgan Peterson second-period pin at 157 and Matthew Mangus 5-1 win at 165 closed the margin to 16-14.
• After Michael Bromley's pin at 174, Matthew Rohrdanz responded with a pin in 2:08 at 184 to keep it a two-point margin.
• Tony Wuest's pin midway through the third period sealed the victory.
