Anna Mondoro (Dumfries, Va./Homeschool) led the Green Terror (9-10, 7-7 CC), trying the program record with seven made 3-pointers. She was 7-for-8 from long range and finished with 21 points. Liv Storer (Wangaratta, Victoria, Australia/Galen Catholic College) added 11 points while Halle Burgess (Ashton, Md./Good Counsel) chipped in eight points.
Elizabeth Chen led the Owls (1-17, 0-14 CC) with eight points.
Tied at 4-all after the teams traded baskets, Emily Metzger (Shamong, N.J./Seneca) hit a layup off a Libby Bowles (Gaithersburg, Md./Damascus) steal to spark a 7-0 burst in a 53-second span.
Layups from Odinaka Oranekwu and Chan closed the deficit to 11-8 with 5:29 showing before a Burgess triple sparked a 10-2 run.
Back-to-back Mondoro 3-pointers pushed the lead to 36-16 with 5:30 to play in the second quarter en route to a 44-25 hafltime advantage.
The advantage extended to 53-25 before Lipi Paladugu hit a jumper with 5:59 to play in the third period.
A pair of Marley Burgess (Ashton, Md./Connelly School of the Holy Child) 3-pointers and one by Caroline Ward (Mt. Airy, Md./Linganore) pushed the advantage to 71-29 entering the final period.
McDaniel outscored Bryn Mawr 20-1 in the final 10 minutes, including Mondoro's sixth and seventh triples.
Sara Pilkey (Fawn Grove, Pa./Kennard-Dale) and Metzger finished with seven points each.
The Green Terror returns to action at home against Dickinson on Wednesday. Game time is 6 p.m.
