GETTYSBURG, Pa. – Gettysburg won the final seven matches of the night for a 30-7 victory over McDaniel in Centennial Conference (CC) wrestling action on Thursday.

Ryker Eckenbarger (Finksburg, Md./Westminster) led the Green Terror (4-4, 0-2 CC) with a major decision victory at 133, winning by a 13-3 margin.

Colin Devlin recorded a second-period pin for the Bullets (6-4, 1-1 CC) at 149, shifting the momentum in favor of the hosts.

Devlin's pin put Gettysburg in front 9-7 before a Jake Bracken 7-3 win at 157 stretched the lead to 12-7 midway through the night.

Colin Kowalski won by technical fall early in the third period before a Quinn Merrigan 15-6 victory at 174 made it a 21-7 advantage.

A Crawford Oswald escape with 11 seconds remaining in the third period accounted for a 1-0 win at 184. Anthony Paca and Paul Triandafilou rounded out the night with decision victories at 197 (6-1) and heavyweight (5-1), respectively.

Lenny Ogozalek opened the night with a 5-2 win for the Bullets before Eckenbarger's 10-point win gave McDaniel a 4-3 edge.

Jahmally Willie (Silver Spring, Md./Blake) added a 7-4 win at 141 for the Green Terror.

McDaniel returns to action at Washington and Lee for a trimatch with the Generals and Johns Hopkins on Saturday. Action begins at 12 p.m.
