TAKOMA PARK, Md. – McDaniel scored a goal in each half to notch a 2-1 win over Washington Adventist in non-conference men's soccer action on Wednesday.

Michael Thompson (Huntingtown, Md./Huntingtown) led the Green Terror (7-2-1) with his first collegiate goal.

Kingsley Nwosu led the Shock (4-5) with the game's first goal.

Nwosu finished in teh 10th minute to stake the hosts to a 1-0 lead before Thompson evened the game in the final six minutes of the opening staza.

Nick Bowman (York, Pa./York Suburban) added a goal early in the second half for the game-winner.

Nick Over (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) made five saves for the Green Terror, who were outshot 17-11 in the contest.

McDaniel returns to action at Haverford on Saturday. Game time is 2 p.m.
