Trailing 46-37, Nichols hit a layup in the final minute of the third quarter before Burgess made it a four-point game at the break.

After a technical foul on the first possession of the second half, Polimeni hit the second of two free throws.

Another Burgess triple sparked a 15-0 run that gave the Green Terror a double-digit lead after trailing by as many as 12 in the second half.

Porada snapped a nearly six-minute drought from the floor, hitting a layup with 5:16 to play to cut the deficit to 57-49.

A Nichols second-chance 3-pointer and one Jasmine Smith (Baltimore, Md./Baltimore Polytechnic Institute) free throw extended the lead to 12 with 3:52 remaining.

A 6-2 Ursinus burst trimmed the deficit to seven but the Bears could get no closer.

Baskets from Porada and Polimeni staked Ursinus to an early 4-0 lead before Nichols got McDaniel on the board with 8:22 on the first-quarter clock.

A Bach jumper and Davis layup gave McDaniel a 13-10 lead before Elana Roadcloud scored in the final minute to make it a one-point game after the first period.

Allie Cook drained a 3-pointer on the first possession of the second period before Bach responded with a jumper to tie the game at 15-all.

A Polimeni layup with 8:07 showing sparked a 13-2 run that made it a double-digit lead just 4:10 later.
