WESTMINSTER, Md. – McDaniel scored three goals in each half to top York (Pa.) 6-0 in non-conference women's soccer action on Saturday.

Kristen Upton (Chalfont, Pa./Central Bucks South) scored twice for the Green Terror (5-0), who improve to 5-0 for the first time since 2000.

Stevi Lukacz led the Spartans (1-3), making five saves in goal in 41 minutes of relief action.

In a game that featured a 35-minute weather delay on the end of halftime and heavy rain at times during the day, the contest was called at the 70:16 mark due to field conditions. A game needs to reach the 70-minute mark to be considered an official contest.

Abby Keen (Salisbury, Md./Parkside) opened the scoring, finishing the first of three Nicole Hill (Bowie, Md./Bowie) assists just 2:25 into the game.

Christina Wroblewski (Glen Mills, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) found Maggie Quinn (Crofton, Md./Archbishop Spalding), who dribbled up field and scored to double the advantage in the 20th minute.

Hill then found Lindsey Farrell (Towson, Md./Loch Raven) for the freshman's second goal in as many games just 1:40 later for a 3-0 lead.

Kirsten Gibson (Lancaster, Pa./Penn Manor) finished a feed from Quinn just 1:31 into the second half.

Upton scored 63 seconds later off a Hill corner kick to make it 5-0.

Upton set the final margin off a feed from Keen in the 54th minute.

The Green Terror finished with a 27-3 advantage in shots and 7-2 edge in corner kicks.

McDaniel returns to action at Marymount on Wednesday. Game time is 7 p.m.
