Karli Zeps (Reisterstown, Md./Seton Keough) netted 10 points on 5 of 6 shooting for the Green Terror (21-1, 14-1 CC), who clinched a first-round bye in the upcoming conference tournament with the victory.
Mary Martin and Ellen Bair paced the Red Devils (5-17, 3-14 CC) with eight points each.
Behind all four of Emma Wingerd's (Pittsburgh, Pa./North Hills) points, McDaniel, which debuted at No. 4 in the initial NCAA Division III Mid-Atlantic regional rankings earlier in the day, opened up an 8-0 lead in the game's first 2:42.
Four Dickinson points cut the deficit in half before the Green Terror scored 18 of the game's next 20 points to take a 26-6 lead on a Zeps' fast-break layup off a steal and dish from Brittney Davis (Laurel, Md./St. Vincent Pallotti), who finished with six assists on the day.
An Alyssa March (Fallston, Md./Fallston) jumper made it a 34-18 game at the intermission before a Steph Perez (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin East) 3-pointer and two Lindsey Nichols (Wilmington, Del./St. Mark's) free throws extended the advantage to 21 just 32 seconds into the second half.
The Green Terror led by as many as 31 on a Shelby Taylor (Huntingtown, Md./Huntingtown) jumper with 3:06 to play en route to the 24-point win.
March and Taylor added 10 points each while March also had a team-best six rebounds.
McDaniel returns to action at Swarthmore on Saturday. Game time is 1 p.m.
