Lindsey Nichols (Wilmington, Del./St. Mark's) scored 18 points to lead the Green Terror (3-0), who advance to Sunday's championship game against the host Spartans.
Britt Herring paced the Lancers (1-2) with nine points and 16 rebounds.
Points from three different players helped McDaniel build a 6-2 advantage through the first 4:22 of the game.
A Samm Toli jumper and two free throws from Emily Carens evented the game with 2:17 to play in the first quarter.
A 3-pointer from Renie Tsomos (Forest Hill, Md./Bel Air) keyed a 6-0 finish to the quarter to make it a 12-6 game through 10 minutes.
A Kaitlyn Berkel trey closed the deficit to 14-9 with 6:00 to play in the second quarter before Brittney Davis (Laurel, Md./St. Vincent Pallotti) responded on the other end with a 3-pointer of her own.
The Green Terror scored 11 of the next 17 points over the next two-and-a-half minutes to take a 25-15 advantage before five straight points from Tanajia Smith scored five straight points to cut the deficit to five a the intermission.
Keyed by eight points from Nichols, McDaniel scored the first 10 points of the third quarter to build a 35-20 lead with 7:15 showing.
Herring broke the second-half shutout for the Lancers 28 seconds later.
Leading 41-29 after three quarters, the Green Terror gradually extended the lead to 49-29 before Herring snapped the drought and scored Worcester State's first basket of the fourth quarter with 5:06 on the clock.
Nichols added team highs of seven rebounds and five steals. Sarah Bach (Manchester, Md./Manchester Valley) added four steals. Davis and Tsomas added eight points each.
