STAFFORD, Va. – Ferrum won the final three to secure a 25-15 win over McDaniel in non-conference wrestling action on Saturday.

Logan Yox (Westminster, Md./Liberty) the Green Terror (3-1) with a 1-minute, 4-second fall at 174.

Corbin Ramos paced the Panthers (3-4) with his team's lone pin, winning in 1:14 at 184 after Yox had given McDaniel a 15-11 lead in the match.

Nick Rodriguez added a 20-5 win at 197 to stretch the lead to 22-15, securing the victory before Tate Dulany wrapped up the day with a 6-1 win at heavyweight.

Nathaniel Frantz (Swarthmore, Pa./Strath Haven) staked the Green Terror to a 3-0 lead in the match with a 7-1 win at 125 before Justin Zimmerman gave Ferrum a 4-3 advantage with a 10-2 major decision at 133.

Alvontae Drummond (Lincoln, Del./Milford) continued the early back-and-forth with a 3-2 win at 141 for a 6-4 edge in the match.

A Logan Smith 9-6 win at 149 once again put the Panthers on top, 7-6.

Erik Meyer (Fallston, Md./Archbishop Curley) responded with an 8-2 win at 157 for the Green Terror before Dustin Sanmyers won 10-2 at 165 for an 11-9 Ferrum lead.

The Green Terror returns to action at the North/South Duals hosted by Ursinus on Saturday. Action begins at 10 a.m.
