WESTMINSTER, Md. – McDaniel made a lone first-half goal stand for a 1-0 Centennial Conference (CC) men's soccer victory over Haverford on Saturday.

Sean Foley (Aberdeen, Md./The Tome School) scored the lone goal for the Green Terror (6-3, 1-1 CC), finding the back of the net in the 35th minute.

Chris Gibson led the Fords (4-3, 1-1 CC) with three saves.

Nick Over (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) made four saves for McDaniel.

Haverford finished with a slim 7-6 edge in shots.

The Green Terror returns to action at Dickinson on Wednesday. Game time is 7 p.m.
