HARRISBURG, Pa. – Penn State-Harrisburg built a 2-0 halftime lead en route to a 3-0 win over McDaniel in non-conference men's soccer action on Tuesday.

Nick Over (Westminster, Md./Winters Mill) made four saves to lead the Green Terror (5-3) in goal while Shane McCracken (Marriottsville, Md./Liberty) took five shots to lead the offense.

Deven Gerhart led the Lions (6-1) with eight saves of his own for the shutout.

Isaac Amedza finished a feed from Alex Panuccio to stake Penn State-Harrisburg to a 1-0 lead in the 26th minute.

Nearly nine minutes later, the Lions' lead extended to 2-0 on an own goal off a corner kick.

Ashton Weaver set the final margin with a tally in the 73rd minute.

McDaniel finished with a 13-10 edge in shots.

The Green Terror returns to action at home against Haverford on Saturday. Game time is 1 p.m.
