CARLISLE, Pa. – McDaniel hit .279 and recorded eight blocks as a team to defeat Dickinson 3-1 in Centennial Conference (CC) volleyball action on Wednesday.

Kloe Martin (Littleton, Colo./Heritage) led the Green Terror (17-4, 3-2 CC) to its seventh straight win with 19 kills while hitting .429. She also added seven digs and three blocks. Colette Kellen (Olney, Md./Covenant Life) added 23 assists and eight digs.

Emily Smith led the Red Devils (4-10, 0-4 CC) with 14 kills and nine digs.

McDaniel notched the final two points of the first set to take a 25-22 win before stretching the lead to 2-0 with a 25-15 victory in the second set. Dickinson forced a fourth set with a 25-23 victory in Set No. 3 before the Green Terror wrapped up the match, 25-20.

Madeline Rose (Soddy Daisy, Tenn./Baylor High) added 10 kills to the attack. She also contributed a match-high three service aces and added four blocks. Lexi Corral (Gaithersburg, Md./Gaithersburg) added four blocks.

Maddie Moyer (Brookeville, Md./Sherwood) added 19 assists while Genna Weger (Shrewsbury, Pa./Shrewsbury) steadied the defense with 19 digs.

McDaniel returns to action in a trimatch at Swarthmore with Penn State-Berks on Saturday. Action begins at 1 p.m.
