Jankiewicz, Carson combine for 21 of Crusaders' 31 kills in sweep

SELINSGROVE, Pa. – Lindsey Jankiewicz recorded a match-high 11 kills to lead Susquehanna to a 3-0 win over McDaniel in non-conference volleyball action on Tuesday.

Emily Carson added 10 kills for the Crusaders (12-7), who won by set scores of 25-16, 25-18 and 25-22, respectively.

Annie McShea (Frederick, Md./Gov. Thomas Johnson) led the Green Terror (1-12) with eight kills and 12 digs.

Kristen Nuckles (Suffolk, Va./Nansemond-Suffolk Academy) added six kills for McDaniel, which received 16 assists from Jackie Hawkins (Ellicott City, Md./Centennial).

The Green Terror returns to action at Gallaudet on Thursday. Match time is 7 p.m.
