Jessica Weinoldt

Jessica Weinoldt '25 was named assistant women's soccer coach at McDaniel on March 10, 2026. She returned to her alma mater after one season as a an assistant coach at Elizabethtown.

A United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-American in 2023, Weinoldt started all 81 of the team’s games during her career from 2021-24, helping lead the Green Terror to a record of 50-17-14 for a .704 winning percentage. The team made three NCAA Division III Women’s Soccer Championship appearances and won the 2021 Centennial Conference championship.

Weinoldt was a four-time all-region and four-time all-conference selection, totaling 49 points with 20 goals and nine assists. Nine of her goals were game winners. She is one of only 19 players in program history to score at least 20 goals.

Off the field, Weinoldt was a United Soccer Coaches Scholar All-American in 2023, a two-time Scholar All-South Region honoree, three-time Centennial Conference Fall Academic Honor Roll, and three-time Academic All-Centennial selection. She was also named the Centennial Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2023.

Weinoldt graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health Sciences and a specialization in Nursing from McDaniel in May 2025 while earning minors in Sports Coaching, Kinesiology, and Biology. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society and recipient of the Faith Millard/Dr. Carol Fritz Medal.

Weinoldt spent the 2025 season as an assistant women’s soccer coach at Elizabethtown where she designed and implemented training sessions emphasizing technical development, tactical principles, and match preparation. She also assisted with recruiting, match preparation, and video analysis while mentoring student-athletes to support academic success and team culture.

Weinoldt has served as a Youth Soccer Coach with the Lancaster Inferno and holds a ‘D’ License and a Grassroots License from the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).

A native of East Petersburg, Pa., Weinoldt has spent eight seasons as a player with the Lancaster Inferno of the USL W League which serves as the nation’s premier pre-professional league.
