Kilbane joins the Green Terror coaching staff in 2024 as an offensive assistant.
He arrives on the Hill from East Stroudsburg University, where he was an offensive and defensive analyst. He also coached the Warriors’ linebackers in 2019 and wide receivers from 2020-22.
Kilbane coached linebackers at Lycoming College from 2017-18. He was the Director of Football Operations at King’s College (PA) for two seasons prior, also serving as the team’s video coordinator and coaching outside linebackers. He also worked with outside linebackers at Centennial Conference-foe Dickinson.
Kilbane was a student assistant coach at Towson University from 2011-14, working with the Tigers’ quarterbacks, running backs, wide receivers and offensive linemen. He also assisted the team’s video coordinator and worked closely with the Director of Football Operations, assisting in conducting tryouts for walk-on players.
Kilbane earned his bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from Towson in 2014.
Outside of coaching, Kilbane has worked as a data collector for Pro Football Focus (PFF) since 2022.
