Pehnke joins the Green Terror staff for 2017 season.

A four-year defender for Catholic, she was a second-team all-region performer and played in the IWLCA North-South Senior All-Star game. A second-team All-Landmark Conference player as a freshman, she elevated to first team as a senior. Her Cardinal teams were three-time Landmark champions and advanced as far as the quarterfinals in both 2012 and 2015.

Pehnke participated in the Landmark Conference Women's Coaching Symposium as a senior before spending last season as an assistant at Alma College. At Alma, she served as the defensive coordinator and worked with the goalkeepers.

She has also worked numerous clinics as well as coached club lacrosse in both Maryland and Virginia.

Pehnke graduated with a bachelor of arts in history.
