Polak joins the Green Terror staff for the 2020 season after spending last season as an assistant at Heidelberg.

A four-year letterwinner at Roanoke, she started 30 games over her final two seasons with the Maroons. The midfielder contributed 55 goals and 19 assists to the attack over her four years. She also had 36 ground balls, 11 caused turnovers and eight draw controls. Polak earned third-team All-ODAC honors as a season, when she registered 35 goals and 17 assists. A captain as a senior, she also was an ODAC All-Academic team member.

In addition to her season as a graduate assistant at Heidelberg, Polak has also served as a staff member for Major Force Lacrosse Club in Northeast Ohio since 2018.

She earned her bachelor of science in psychology from Roanoke in 2018 and masters of arts in counseling from Heidelberg in 2019.
