Tony Griner has an extensive and illustrious career in Track & Field before joining the Green Terror program. From 2010-16 he was the Head Coach at Century High School. During his tenure, Century won 6 State Championships (4 Indoor / 2 Outdoor), 6 State Finalists (3 Indoor / 3 Outdoor), 8 Regional Championships, and 16 County Championships. He also coached 28 Individual State Champions, and 8 Relay Championships. He was awarded Metro Coach of the Year Twice and also won Maryland Coach of the Year.
