’92 Olympic Trials finalist 10,000 m run (28:32.4 personal best from 1992 Penn Relays)

Made national teams as a U20 athlete (ran 5,000 in Pan American Junior meet), Ekiden Road relays (x2), and World ½ marathon. Top American @ prestigious Peachtree 10K Road Race (1992). 2 time MD state high school cross country champion, led Westminster HS to it’s first state cross country team title, state champion in the 3200, member of the still standing county meet record 4 x 800 relay (1983) and all time best 4 x 1600 relay (1982). Ran collegiately @ Wake Forest. Member of the 2014 USATF masters national champion cross country team.
