Lang joined the Green Terror Athletic Department in the fall of 2022 as an assistant coach for the McDaniel Cross Country, Indoor, and Outdoor Track and Field programs.
Prior to McDaniel, Lang attended Oakland Mills High in Columbia, Maryland where she competed in Cross Country and Track. She was the Class 2A cross country state champion and took home the 2016 2A state title in the 3200m. She also competed in the mile at the 2015 New Balance Emerging Elite where Lang finished 6th. After graduation she attended the University of Maryland where she was Captain of the Cross Country team. Lang ran distance from 1k to 5k and competed in multiple Big Ten Championships where she ran the 5k, 3k, and distance medley relay. She graduated in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies. The past two years she has spent at Goucher College as a Graduate Assistant for the Cross Country and Track programs while completing her Master's in Sports Administration and Leadership.
