2023 (Senior):
- Ran a season best 800 (2:07.72) at the Blue & Gold Goucher Classic
- Ran a personal best 5000 (15:34.54) at the 2023 Messiah Multi/Invitational
- Ran a personal best 3000 (9:10.92) and 1500 (4:11.96) at the Gallaudet University Invitational
- At the 2023 Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championship he ran a persona best and placed 18th in the 10000 (33:07.73), and placed 21st in the 5000 (15:53.32)

2022 (Junior):
- Won the 5000 (16:01.55) at the Goucher Blue & Gold Classic
- Ran a personal best 1500 (4:15.20) at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational
- Ran a personal best 800 (2:05.60) at the Blue Jay Tune-Up
- At the 2022 Centennial Conference Outdoor T&F Championships he placed 4th in thr 4x800 (8:07.99), had a personal best and placed 20th in the 5000 (15:46.01), and placed 31st in the 1500 (4:22.07)

2021 (Sophomore):
- Ran a personal best 800 (2:19.40) and 3000 (9:29.50) at the Dickinson Quad Invite
- At the Centennial Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships he placed 8th with a personal best 1500 (4:25.36)
