- Won the 400 (51.84), and 4x400 (3:34.80) at the Kaye & JJ Smith Invitational
- Won the 4x200 (1:33.61) and 4x400 (3:32.35) at the Coach I Open
- Set personal bests in the 600 (1:25.66) and 300 (37.51) at the Mini-Dip Invitational
- Ran a personal best 400 (50.83) and won the 4x400 (3:22.75) at the Richard Drake Invitational
- Jumped a personal best high jump (1.75m), ran a personal best 200 (23.30), and won the 4x400 (3:26.07) at the Blue & White Invite
- Set a program record and won the 4x400 (3:20.54) at Navy Select
- Ran a program record and won the SMR (3:39.88), ran personal best 55 hurdles (8.01), and won the 4x200 (1:35.62) at the 6th Annual Larry Sharpe Memorial Indoor Invitational
- At the 2023 Centennial Conference Indoor Championships he placed 2nd in the 4x200 (1:30.38) and the 4x400 (3:22.28), ran a personal best and placed 3rd in the 60 hurdles (8.67), and placed 6th in th 400 (50.96).

2021-2022 (Junior): 
- Ran a personal best 200 (24.02) at the Kenneth Giles Norfolk State Invitational
- Ran a personal best 800 (2:11.65) at the 2022 Kutztown Last Chance Qualifier
- At the 2022 Centennial Conference Indoor Championships he placed 2nd in the 4x200 (1:33.12) and the 4x400 (3:29.69), and placed 4th in the 400 (51.61) with a season best

2019-2020 (Freshman): 
- Won the 4x400 (3:35.96) at the Orange and Maroon Classic and Multi
- Ran a personal best 400 (52.65) at the Bison Open and Multi
- Ran a personal best 200 (23.90) at the 2020 Frank Colden Invitational
- Won and ran a personal best 55 hurdles (8.24), won a jumped a personal best high jump (1.72m), and won the 4x400 (3:35.53) at the 4th Annual Larry Sharpe Memorial T&F
- At the Centennial Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships he placed 2nd in the 4x400 (3:27.50), 3rd in the 4x200 (1:30.14), 4th with a personal best in the 60 hurdles (8.73), 10th in the high jump (1.68m)
- At the ECAC DIII Indoor Track & Field Championships he won the 4x200 (1:30.14), placed 2nd in the 4x400 (3:28.52), and 5th in the 60 hurdles (8.81)
